K.A.R.D & SM Town are coming to NYC!
One of the things I’ve been looking forward to after moving to New York is the K-pop concerts that are held year after year. Yet after not being able to save up enough to go see Monsta X and GD in concert, I was left discouraged while trying to enjoy the content of both concerts online. Fortunately, that sentiment did not last long. Why? Well yesterday while scrolling through Facebook, I stumbled upon the pleasant surprise of K.A.R.D announcing the extension of their tour with the addition of 5 more shows. of course, New York was included in the list of cities. And after that, while posting on Twitter on how I was fangirling about having the possibility of seeing K.A.R.D live, I stumbled upon a tweet from a friend saying that SM Town was coming to New York. That was when I completely lost it. Imagine being able to see TVXQ, SHINee, EXO, Red Velvet, among other artists in one concert. I just had to know more about it. So I took some time to research everything about both K.A.R.D and SM Town coming to New York and decided to let you all know what I found. Just in case anyone is interested in attending the concerts as well.

I’ve already made up my mind about which ticket I’m going to buy without hurting my wallet. Also, I’m interested in seeing how the fan sign is going to be held. I don’t know of any other K-pop group ever having a fan sign in the US, so I’m really looking forward to that part of the event. (If a another K-pop group, please let me know.) When it comes to staying up to date, my advice would be to follow the Facebook event of the exact city you all will be attending the concert at so none of you miss out on any important information. And if anyone has any doubts about the event, there’s also a FAQ section available on Subkulture’s website for all to check out.
SM TOWN IN NYC

After the initial screenshot of the Dispatch article which included New York as one of the locations where SM Town would be presented, I have not seen anything else be written about it. I’ve searched many international social media accounts and still, nothing new has been mentioned. My guess is that they’ll probably come to the US after all the comebacks have finished. Since many of their artists are having comebacks either back to back or that overlap one with another. I’m sure they also want to wait for Eunhyuk, DongHae, SiWon and ChangMin to come out of the army to have them be part of the show. I know many fans that are wanting to see them perform live. I know I do. So I’ve already started saving up for the concert because I know very well it will not be inexpensive.
Is anyone else excited about K.A.R.D and SM Town coming to New York? Have you all made up your mind about what ticket to buy for K.A.R.D’s concert? Which SM Town artists are you most excited to see when they come to New York? Let me know.
